ABA Transit Number
Do you want a faster refund and freedom from the worry of losing your tax check, or worse yet, it being stolen? Have your refund deposited directly into your credit union account. Place your account number and the Credit Union's routing number 231380133 on your tax return.

Automatic Transfer
Your loan payment(s) and/or deposit(s) may be transferred automatically from a Regular Savings or Share Draft Account. This service makes saving or paying on loans easy and worry-free.

For easy access to your accounts sign up for WBVFCU@Home! After signing up for this service you will have access to your West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union accounts 24/7. After you have your WBVFCU@Home account set up you can then sign up to have paper statements stopped. With paperless statements you will be notified when your statement is ready for viewing via email notification. You get your to review your statement sooner, it helps avoid identity theft and it is better for the environment! We are also offering Electronic Bill Payment services for your convenience. Money Orders
Primary members may purchase money orders, which are similar to a check and payable to whomever they request. Money orders provide a secure way to make a payment without writing a check. These are available for a nominal fee at all teller windows at both West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union locations.

No Surcharge ATM's.  Members who use their West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union Visa Check card, are familiar with the convenience, security and control that it provides. We offer an additional incentive to make your card an even more important part of your financial life: the Allpoint surcharge-free service with the following benefits: Ø     You will be able to make up to six free ATM withdrawals per month.  The $1.00 per transaction withdrawal fee will apply when you exceed this number.  Note:  ATM locations other than an Allpoint ATM machine may assess an ATM fee.   Ø     Better access to ATM’s that do not charge a surcharge fee will be available at all ATM machines bearing the Allpoint logo.  Ø     Allpoint branded machines give you access to 55,000+ locations worldwide and 43,000+ locations nationwide.  There are 82 ATM's located within fifty miles of the 17701 zip code. Overdraft Protection Plan
If we have approved an overdraft protection plan for your account, we will honor drafts drawn on insufficient funds by transferring funds from another account under this Agreement or a loan account, as you have directed, or as required under the Credit Union's overdraft protection policy. The fee for overdraft transfers is set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule.

Overdraft Privilege Program
Upon meeting the eligibility requirements for the Overdraft Privilege Program you may participate in this program which will allow you to overdraw your account up to $500. You will be charged the normal per item NSF/Overdraft handling fee as set forth in the Rate and Fee Schedule - the same as if we returned your check unpaid. Of course, any and all credit union fees and charges, including without limitation, the NSF/Overdraft fees, will be included in this balance.

Payroll Deduction
This service allows you to send a predetermined amount to your West Branch Valley account each month. It's a great way to save or pay off a loan.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Do not keep your important papers and treasured valuables in your home. Safe deposit boxes are available at our High Street location.

Visa Check Card / ATM and How it Works
A West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union Check Card works just like a credit card, but instead of receiving a bill each month, the funds are debited (deducted) directly from your Checking account. It gives you all of the conveniences of a credit card, but no monthly bill.

And unlike other debit cards, your Visa check card offers acceptance at millions of merchant locations worldwide—anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Since Visa check card purchases are automatically deducted from your checking account, there’s no interest to pay. Your monthly statement provides you with a record of all your transactions, making your record-keeping simple.

A West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union Visa Check Card gives you shopping freedom and its uses are endless. Withdraw cash from your checking account for free for the first six transactions and $1 for every transaction after that, using an Allpoint ATM from one of the 43,000 locations located nationwide! Pay at the pump when you buy gas, or use it at the mall or grocery store. You can even use it to shop online!

Just Say “Credit”
Even though your check card is a debit card, when the merchant asks, “credit or debit,” just say “credit.” You should do this for two reasons. First, when you use your check card as a credit card, you will be asked to sign your receipt. Your signature makes that receipt a legal document. If you ever have a dispute, your receipt verifies that you made the purchase on a specific day and for a specific amount. This simply adds to your safety when shopping.
