Overdraft Protection Plan

If we have approved an overdraft protection plan for your account, we will honor drafts drawn on insufficient funds by transferring funds from another account under this Agreement or a loan account, as you have directed, or as required under the Credit Union's overdraft protection policy. The fee for overdraft transfers is set forth on the Rate and fee schedule.

Overdraft Privilege Program

Upon meeting the eligibility requirements for the Overdraft Privilege Program you may participate in this program which will allow you to overdraw your account up to $500. You will be charged the normal per item NSF/Overdraft handling fee as set forth in the Rate and Fee Schedule - the same as if we returned your check unpaid. Of course, any and all credit union fees and charges, including without limitation, the NSF/Overdraft fees, will be included in this balance.
